MAMA MOVES & MINI GROOVES

Gentle postpartum fitness for moms in their first year after childbirth. This low-impact, supportive class focuses on core and pelvic floor recovery, mobility, and movement confidence with your baby by your side.

LIFTS WITH LITTLES

Strength-based postpartum training for moms ready to return to structured workouts. This moderate to high-intensity class uses barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands to rebuild full-body strength.

- 6 Months = 18 Months Postpartum

- Your baby is close by
