Keegan is a professional lacrosse player focused on Strength & Performance. Keegan combines expert training knowledge with on-field experience to help athletes perform at their peak.

Whitney Dove

Canfitpro Certified

Providence College


Whitney is a former NWHL hockey player who competed in the NCAA for Providence College. Whitney works closely with several sports teams and is now a registered massage therapist.

Klarc is a former WHL hockey player who specializes in functional, endurance-based training. Klarc completed the 2025 BMO Marathon in 3:21:52 and is dedicated to helping others transform their lives.
