Our July Summer Camp keeps kids social through a variety of fun games and sports, while our Speed & Strength Summer School offers focused, science-based training to help athletes build power, speed, and confidence. Whether you’re looking to move or improve, our fun, engaging camps provide something for everyone.

JULY SUMMER CAMP

Fuel your child’s summer with teamwork, skill-building, and nonstop fun and our dynamic sports camp. The kids will take part in a variety of sports, games, and activities designed to keep them active, engaged, and socially connected this July.

SPEED & STRENGTH SCHOOL

Unlock your athlete’s full potential this off-season with our Speed & Strength Summer School. This program combines science-based training, proven performance methods, and expert coaching to build speed, strength, and confidence, all in a focused, supportive environment.
